Terms and Conditions for The Ultimate Guide to Teaching Social Dance

1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in and accessing the [The Ultimate Guide to Teaching Social Dance] (the "Course"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Course.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to enroll in the Course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

· Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered.

· Payment: Grants you lifetime access to the course and any updates inside the Ultimate Guide to Teaching Social Dance.

· Refunds:Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact brian@westcoastswingonline.com

4. License to Use Course Content The Course and its content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, are the intellectual property of Dance Louisville INC DBA Teach Social Dance.  By purchasing the Course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing, copying, or redistributing the content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct You agree to use the Course for lawful purposes only and not to:

· Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

· Interfere with or disrupt the Course platform or other users' experience.

6. Privacy Policy Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] By using the Course, you consent to such collection and use.

7. Course Access and Availability

· Access to the Course is provided for lifetime from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

· Teach Social Dance reserves the right to update or modify Course content as necessary.

8. Disclaimers

· The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

· Teach Social Dance does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participating in the Course.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Social Dance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.

10. Termination Teach Social Dance reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course for violations of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jefferson County in the State of Kentucky USA.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions Teach Social Dance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
